How to use this file

  1. Swap the placeholder images: look for elements with class .ph and add your <img src="..." />.
  2. Edit text like date/time, presenter names, etc.
  3. To print the flyer: in your browser, use Print → Save as PDF (Letter, margins 0.5″).
  4. To export the thumbnail: take a high‑res screenshot of the 1280×720 frame, or print to PDF at landscape and crop to 16:9.

Colors approximate PingPod’s look: purple, black, and neon green accents. Fonts use your system’s modern sans‑serif.
