SIR Pilot: Future of Fitness — Racquet-Sport Strokes, Led by Your Phone
A simple 45- or 90-minute beginner session that teaches proper form first (FH & BH), gets a safe sweat, and saves a 10-second clip—all on your phone mounted inside the SIR racquet.
How It Works
- Warm-Up (Auto-Guided): Before you touch the table, the app plays a quick mobility sequence. Kids get a playful rhythm; seniors get slower pacing and balance cues.
- Shadow & Level Gauge: Mirror the coach clip for Forehand and Backhand (grip, stance, contact in front, brush up, finish high). The app notes basics and sets your level.
- Stance at the Table: Simple visuals for distance, foot placement, and ready position. Compact swing. Relaxed grip.
- Feed → Slow Play: The app paces slow feeds (FH then BH), then short slow-rally attempts. You record one 10-sec clip and get one cue to take home.
