Compact swing, solid base, direct contact.

Hip/shoulder rotation; brush up the ball.

Forehand Loop (Slow-Mo)

Lower stance; upward acceleration; long finish.

Forehand Counter

Early timing; short swing; body forward.

Forehand Smash

High contact; full commitment; quick recovery.

Forehand Block

Soft hands; stable angle; absorb speed.

Forehand Push

Open angle; fine touch; keep it low.

Forehand Flick (Receive)

Short backswing; early contact; quick wrist.

Reverse Pendulum Serve

Opposite sidespin; wrist snap; same toss.

Tomahawk Serve

Side/topspin; big forearm; disguise depth.

Backhand Serve

Short motion; precise spin; quick recovery.

Fast Long Serve

Low trajectory; hit deep to corners.

No-Spin Serve

Same motion as spin serves; dead ball drop.

Receive — Short Push

Soft hands; keep it low/short; recover neutral.

Receive — Long Push

Deep to backhand/elbow; vary spin and depth.

Receive — Forehand Flick

Step in; quick wrist; target elbows.

Receive — Backhand Banana Flick

Wrap the ball; use forearm; heavy sidespin.

3-Phase Stroke Model

  • Phase 1: Preparation — Footwork, stance, backswing; eyes track the ball.
  • Phase 2: Hit — Timing, contact in front, stable racket angle.
  • Phase 3: Finish — Follow-through, balance, recover to neutral.
